Well, that was a surprise!
This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and clean, with comfy beds and a good-sized TV. Breakfast options were hearty and satisfying. The wonderful staff, and the location was perfect-just steps away from a fantastic restaurant. I will definitely return!

The breakfast was offered, it's correct, but the quality of it was very poor.

Rooms were nice and big, clean and completely sufficient. Very well situated for business travellers and tourists passing through, directly on the highway. Breakfast for North American travellers is certainly ok, for Europeans rather less. But it's not authoritative.

Recommend it for couples seeking comfort
I was really impressed with the warm saltwater pool and how it was like a little slice of paradise after a long day. The breakfast was decent too, but that pool was the highlight, so nice to relax and unwind in such a cozy environment.
It wasn't the cheapest option but you get what you pay for, right?

We explored the beautiful Royal Botanical Gardens and had a fantastic day at the African Lion Safari. The hotel's location made it easy to enjoy everything we wanted nearby. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was a hit with our group.
We did encounter some issues with noise from the hallway, a bit disturbing at night.

Clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast.
From 7 p.m. on it was a nightmare. Kids stampeding up and down halls, yelling non-stop. They were out of of control. Parents in rooms watching TV. A little later, parents started drinking (walking up and down halls with liquor bottles and paper cups). Kids still running around. Very loud and out of control. We complained. Desk clerk was very good and came up several times to speak to them, but they continued on in the same vein. After midnight we packed up our room and were moved to 4th floor. That was the only way to get any sleep. Since this hotel is used for minor hockey, would be hesitant to return.

clean rooms...
renovations ongoing and breakfast was horrific. Paid for hotel thinking that hot breakfast would be much much better then that. it was quite possibly the worst breakfast I have had in my life.

I appreciated the absolutely fantastic and perfect hotel.
The breakfast was savoury and tasty with a wide range of meals. The location was favourable and unbeatable, just next door to the lake and other amenities and VERY close to the shopping and the transport, in a good area. There was an attached restaurant nearby...

The breakfast staff was very friendly.
I was disappointed that there was no bathtub in my room, as I prefer relaxing baths over showers. The shower was fine, but it just didn't meet my expectations for a restful stay. The heater in my room was malfunctioning, made my night quite uncomfortable. I had hoped for a better experience.

Modern hotel very close to a motorway. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a fridge, a microwave, and climate control. Savoury, satisfactory breakfast at 9.10am, had outstanding food.
